We have unblocked hundreds of drains, for various customers, from domestic households to commercial clients.
But we have to say that one of the most challenging is our clients in the farming sector. One of our regular customers is a farmer in Long Aston in Bristol. They have a very comprehensive drainage system and they have blockage issues from time to time. We are very proud of the fact that we are their go-to emergency plumber. We believe the reason they have chosen us to unblock their drains is that we are quick to respond, quick to grab a shovel to muck-in and muck-out, we are happy to get down and dirty and chip in to shovel farm waste and dirt from the gullies and trenches. Our farmers do not work office hours, they start early and finish late, they will tell you, no matter when they call, we always respond and make them our priority because we know how important it is for us to keep maintaining the flow for our Farmers.
